Dr. Gilday has a passion for helping people in need. He spent two years at Oregon State University and two years at the University of Oregon. After graduating from Oregon Health Sciences University (OHSU) Dental School with honors in 1996, he went on to study full mouth reconstruction at the Pankey Institute while in private practice. Dr. Gilday was deployed to serve in Iraq immediately after he joined the Army Reserves in 2003. He began active duty military service in 2007 and joined the 1st Special Forces Group stationed in Fort Lewis. Dr. Damion Gilday has served on several medical missions with HELP International in the Dominican Republic, Guatemala, and Belarus. HELP International's mission is to empower people to fight poverty through life-changing, sustainable development programs.
