Patti Gerke relocated to San Diego 30+ yrs. ago and has been a consistently successful sales and marketing professional. Having been a healthcare provider and educator, along with her own 12yr. journey taking care of her parents, Patti has become passionate about the quality of life and family harmony for the aging adult.

Patti and her business partner, Ron Greenwald, co-founded the Senior Stay or Go™ Program and co-host the “Senior Stay or Go™” TV show, to educated and advocates on behalf of our Seniors and their family members.

After graduating and teaching in the Dental Hygiene Dept. at Loyola University of Chicago, she continued her education and received her MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management. She has worked with Fortune 500 and start-up companies targeting global markets in the medical device industry. These experiences have allowed her to become a compassionate listener and a strong negotiator, skills that bring successful results for her clients.

Having worked with moving families from all over the world, Patti has made it her business to know San Diego County’s real estate market. Whether she is running a Half Marathon, professionally networking to assist in establishing a new “Village” in North County or ringing the bell for Salvation Army, her commitment and her actions continually provide Seniors and their family members with insightful market analysis, sound knowledge and proven marketing expertise.

As a team player, she works with first time buyers, move-up buyers and sellers directly or through their trusted professionals, such as estate planning attorneys, private fiduciary’s, bank trust officers and financial advisors for probate, estate and trust home sales.

Patti earned the 2016, 2017, 2018 & 2019 Circle of Excellence Award from the San Diego Association of Realtors.
