Our Loan Team works vigorously with each client ensuring they get qualified for the home at the rate/payment their heart is content with. We scan through all of the available loan programs to ensure you we put the client into a program that best fits their needs.
 

Admin Team

Finally, we have an Admin Team complete with an In House Transaction Coordinator ensuring our contracts are thoroughly checked which protects our clients best interests.

Lisa Camacho is a native San Diegan. She graduated from SDSU with Honors and obtained a Bachelor degree in Science. She worked for Chase Bank for 13 years, staring as a teller then progressing to a Loan Processor and finally to a Loan Officer. Lisa made the career leap to The Aon Group in 2012 and quickly realized that was the best decision she could have made. She has learned a great deal about Real Estate and Lending working with a group of Top Producing Professionals at The Aon Group. Lisa is currently the Loan Production Manager for The Aon Group, which means she is in charge of each loan from start to finish. She enjoys being able to work so closely with her clients because she gets to help them achieve their dreams of homeownership! The best part of her job is the challenge she faces with each loan being so unique. When Lisa is not processing loans, she is chasing after her very active kiddos. My son, his wife, and I wanted to buy a larger home together but needed to sell our current homes in order to purchase another. We asked Mike to help us, and although we knew it would be difficult to have 2 homes as contingencies, Mike was never worried. Mike Was Absolutely Amazing
Mike was absolutely amazing. I was nervous about listing our condo for a variety of reasons. First, I had already re-located and am now living over 2,000 miles away from prior home in California. So, any transaction would have to be done long distance. Also, my husband is active duty military and currently deployed. So, I would be calling the all the shots and we would have to use our Power of Attorney to execute the sale. Despite the distance, I trusted Mike 100% from beginning to end. He was always available to answer any of my questions and he gave me his honest opinion on how to maximize the value of our property. I believe our condo was only listed for approximately one day before receiving numerous offers. Mike worked with the buyer's agent and we closed at asking price. I would recommend Mike and his team to anyone looking to purchase or to sell their property!
