We have lived in our house almost 45 years. We didn’t know where to start when selling our house. Nick was recommended to us by our real estate agent in Arizona. He “held our hands” through the entire process. Nick was very attentive to all our needs. No matter whether it was a call or text, Nick responded in a timely manner. He was always working towards getting the best results. He reassured us when we got nervous and never faltered.

We were in the home buying process during 2020 in San Diego, CA during a complete seller’s market!* Nick is definitely the real deal. He truly made our home buying experience a breeze. Before meeting Nick, we worked with other realtors for about 6 months unsuccessfully able to achieve escrow. It is a blessing to have come upon Nick. You will know yourself the moment you meet him. Along the way he asked us so many questions that helped us narrow down our search and really focused our sights on what type of home we were searching for. You can count on Nick to be professional, personal and good hearted. He never made us feel uncomfortable and went above and beyond with helping us every step of the way. He made everything very easy to navigate and was always available and ready to share his expertise/feedback. He has a way of explaining everything in a way that is easy to understand from making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker and the escrow. This made it really easy to close within our 21 day goal. Overall, Nick was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process. He really cared about us, understood our needs from the very first open house even giving us ideas on how to better utilize the space. He was always available to answer our questions and to show us any property at any time we asked for. He even took the time to help us draft individualized offer letters to best fit each home we selected. One weekend Nick went out of town for his anniversary. We totally thought we wouldn’t be able to see any homes that weekend but he still setup showings and asked his awesome colleague and friend Daniel to show us around. Nick is truly and upstanding guy! Little things like that are what you can expect from Nick. He is absolutely wonderful to work with. A friend who is honest and forthright—no games!
