Truth is, we all started in the same place, but where we go together, will depend on you and your commitment to your success. I will always show up. As a team, we truly live by the "no Agent left behind" model. We win together, we learn together, we build with one another. Our success is everyone's success. I spent three years as a solo Agent so that I could understand just how difficult it would be to count only on my efforts and success. Climbing to the "top" in one of the most competitive and volatile industries and market, especially as a working mom, makes me confident that anyone with the true desire to change their life, can do it too!  My goal is to have you learn from my mistakes and teach you how to operate your business with my Leadership. Our managing leaders and I will hold you accountable to your goals, not mine. We will provide you the structure you need, and will very much present opportunities, should you be able to efficiently run your business, to help me run ours.
