ABSOLUTELY AMAZING REALTOR! She is with you every step of the way. Listen to her advise ....if she tells you to abandon ship with your loan agency or a house you're looking at...DO IT!. She is very honest and will not let you get into a bad deal and will also fight to get the best deal for you. She is also has many friends within the labor trade skill industry to inspect anything you desire. This will give you the warm fuzzy feeling necessary to pull out your wallet and throw it at the seller!
