My husband and I were starting to look for a home and were going to a few open houses. Scott and his partner were working at one and gave us their cards and we knew right away that we wanted them to be our real estate agents. That night Scott had sent us a video he made just checking in and letting us know he was there if we needed anything and that was above and beyond what we were expecting. We set up a meeting with them and went over everything we were looking for in our first home. We clicked really well with both Scott and his partner and it was very pleasant and easy to get the process going. We started looking at houses right away and brought our two young kids along with us and Scott was super friendly to them and flexible with our crazy schedule. I felt like he really understood what we wanted and genuinely had our best interest in mind the entire time. He was also able to help us think about remodeling expenses since he has a background in design. Scott really was there anytime we needed reassurance or had a question. There were some delays towards the end and Scott was on top of it everyday checking in with us and everyone else involved to make sure we got what we wanted and needed. I would recommend Scott as a real estate agent to anyone who wants to have a great home buying experience with someone who is truly on your side.
