We considered selling our condo for a year before our neighbor introduced us to her. Without obligation, Allie presented us with some sale estimates to consider. The numbers were pretty compelling, and Allie's calm demeanor made the decision we'd been struggling to make for a year easy.
Allie helped us stage and sell our home over-asking with a 7-day escrow. Wow! She made the escrow coordination easy, always let us know when to expect documents, explained what they were, and answered all of our questions.
When the time came to find our new home, we didn't hesitate to call Allie. She helped us find a beautiful townhouse that fit our wishlist and budget. Again, she made the escrow process as low-stress as possible and even helped us find a great lender.
Even after escrow closed, she's been outstanding in answering little questions and ensuring we have all of our necessary contacts.
