She holds records for highest sales in Mission Beach, for both ocean front and bayside walks properties. She represents over $10 million in real estate sales and her focus on client satisfaction solidifies her continued high success rate in the San Diego beach market.

Valerie’s successful trajectory in real estate began in 2004, after working for three years as the executive assistant to a real estate developer where she then became a licensed California Real Estate Broker and was incorporated as Ocean Pacific Properties representing owners and buyers of residential property in the Mission Beach, Pacific Beach and La Jolla communities.  

Valerie holds a B.S. degree in Human Development from to the University of California San Diego. Prior to real estate, Valerie worked in hotel management and pharmaceutical industries. Valerie currently resides in La Jolla with her husband and three children.
