• Message and data rates may apply. Depending on your wireless carrier and plan, you may be charged for each SMS and MMS message that you receive. We are not responsible for any charges incurred from receiving SMS and MMS messages from us.
• You can opt-out of receiving SMS and MMS messages at any time. If you no longer wish to receive SMS and MMS messages from us, you can opt-out by replying "STOP" to any message you receive or by contacting us directly. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for your request to take effect.
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate this service at any time. We may add, remove, or modify the types of SMS and MMS messages that we send, or we may terminate the service altogether. We will provide notice of any changes to the service as required by law.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase.

SMS and Lead Forms
By submitting lead forms through the Authorized system, you agree to receive weekly marketing messages from the user who you submitted the lead form to.  Your number will NOT be shared to anyone else other than Authorized and the person you submitted the lead to.  Message and data rates may apply.

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods and services available on our Site.

To cancel your subscription, please login to your Authorized account, navigate to your billing portal and select cancel.

When you provide us with your payment information, you authorize our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.

Where any consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation.
