Jonathan is incredible and one of a kind! He is an absolute professional and made all the difference for my brothers and I when selling our mom's house. Since we did not live in the area, they were able to help us with everything from cleaning out the house, to donating and selling the items we did not want or couldn't move, and helping us to really bring out the value of her house. Jonathan has a fantastic team that can do any upgrades that you need, which they can do on a budget and with a great eye for what buyers want and what will showcase your property. Jonathan was also incredible as we were closing right when COVID first hit and he was still able to get everything safely completed even during such a tumultuous time. Jonathan is awesome! When my father passed away, he handled the selling of dad and moms home professionally and fully! By fully I mean, the home needed to be updated and readied to list to get the best price. We were on a budget and the beauty of Jonathan's knowledge is that he knows exactly how to get the best bang for your buck on ANY budget! He has contractors ready to go and they project manage the entire renovation, which is extremely comforting. This was at the very beginnings of Covid, which added additional strains, and the market was not as hot as it is now. We sold the home quickly and got full asking price.
