My husband and I worked with Monroe to buy our first home in Mission Beach, and I cannot express enough how grateful we are for his service! I met Monroe through Zillow and didnt really know what to expect but thought I would check him out as I didnt know any other real estate agents. It was like hitting the lottery, this guy was so on top of his game and just blew me away. Very personable and a straight shooter, he will give you your options and let you decide but he's also there if you want his opinion. I saw a house come online for sale first thing on a Sat morning, texted him and told him to go for it. The house had over 23 offers before the seller's agent stopped taking any more and was a very contested property. At best & final I gave Monroe my final number, told him to be aggressive and let him work his magic. There was an offer 19k higher than mine but because Monroe was able to negotiate other contingencies and utilize his contacts, he got me the house. I honestly wondered if all of his 5 star reviews were family and friends when I first met him and checked him out but I get it now. This guy will handle everything I do moving forward and I have recommended him to friends and co-workers. You'll see the same thing when you meet him.
