CJ Executed It Perfectly
My wife and I had a complicated plan and CJ executed it perfectly. We wanted to sell our condo to our son at market value and gift him some equity. Then we wanted to purchase a SFH in the area for ourselves and our daughter. CJ got us into escrow on the condo and found a dozen prospects to look at. We bid on a couple and lost to higher bidders in this seller's environment. Then he showed us the house of our dreams, a turn key updated single level home with new everything from the roof to the flooring to the appliances and bathroom. After discussing it with CJ, we bid what he recommended and, due to the fast escrow, we won the bid even though we were not the high bidder! CJ and his team walked us through all the paperwork and held our hand through the whole process. Every time we had a question, any time of the day or night, he was a phone call or a text away. A Great Energy
For a while I knew that purchasing property was a goal of mine. A family member introduced me to her friend Cj after he promoted a property. Everything Flowed Smoothly
Cameron was super helpful during the entire buying process. Being first-time homebuyers with no experience he helped to explain everything to us and was great at keeping us informed as to what needed to be done next. I am In-state military with an out-of-state military spouse so coordinating everything was difficult but Cameron did a great job in helping to make sure that my wife was also kept in the loop on everything that we were looking at.
