I recently purchased a condo with Mike and the experience was longer than expected but throughout the process I had a sense of confidence and a great partnership that my search was current and a priority. I couldn't tell you how many other clients Mike had because I always had a response, a link sent, an answer to a question, an appt. to view a property, etc. without delay. The feeling that you're the #1 customer when you're actually one of many is a credit to Mike's genuine attention to the role he plays in your search. When I first began my search I was looking at houses and the options within my area and budget were limited. At one point I had found a property I liked but the drawbacks were evident so I appreciated Mike pointing them and helping keep that balanced perspective so I could make the decision to not move forward. My final choice was a short sale condo and as with all short sales it's a process that has questions and bumps in the road to reach the final destination of a purchase. Mike was always following up, pressing for info, asking for details, getting specifics and when friends/co-workers would try to empathize with me in what they thought was a difficult process I would let them know that everything was moving forward without concern because I had confidence in my agent. Overall we looked for about 4 months, I purchased a short sale condo which was not my initial plan and although I've only been in my place now for less than a month I have zero buyers regret because I'm happy that I've made a purchase that's given me a great investment & a higher quality of living.
