With roots in the San Francisco Bay Area, Kosel grew up with a broker, manager, and agent as a Mom, spurring his interest in real estate at a young age. Before becoming an agent himself, he earned a political science degree from the University of California Berkeley and succeeded in a marketing career. These experiences have provided him with valuable skills that he uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and effectively marketing listings. Additionally, Kosel's expertise extends beyond residential real estate into the commercial arena. He is a consultant on multi-family commercial projects and is a partner in a commercial real estate investment company involved in projects around the country.
Witnessing the migration from the Bay Area to Southern California, Kosel made the move to San Diego. Now residing in La Jolla, he believes San Diego is a phenomenal place to do business and have a comfortable lifestyle.
