As I sat and fed my daughter breakfast this morning I couldn't help but feel thankful. A statistic that @SDHungerCo tweeted yesterday was weighing heavy on my mind.

This stat isn't a nationwide number, it is right here in San Diego. One organization that has been fighting this fight one person at a time is Father Joe's Village. In 2018, the San Diego Union-Tribune Reader's Poll voted Father Joe's Villages San Diego's best charity. The reason I'm sharing this with you is because an anonymous donor has offered to match any donation, up to $260,000, to Father Joe's Village from Tuesday 12/29/20 to Thursday 12/31/20.
