I've been in the Real Estate game for quite some time now. I own lots of property on the commercial end residential side so you can only imagine the amount of partners I've worked alongside. I want to start off by saying there isn't anyone else out there with the patience and preciseness as Ben at horizon. This last deal together has been the toughest one yet and it's a true blessing I found Ben for it. He handled the whole deal as if it was his own. I've never had a realtor that was so eager to help me where he was accepting me calls at 8pm after business hours. Save yourself the cycle of washing through realtor who are just commission hungry. Not only was Ben great to work with, he also set us up with some of the best resources in real estate, including a general inspector, contractor and lender, which ultimately helped ensure we would complete our 14-day close smoothly. Ben brought so much value to our home-buying experience, and we will definitely be repeat clients when the time comes.
