Armand helped me to sell my house in Otay Ranch, Chula Vista and also to buy my house in Poway. He was extremely professional and helpful throughout the whole process. He was happy to host the open houses for 2 days at my old house and he was very responsive towards any offer made by potential customer. He was very understanding and professional in explaining me different clauses and writing the counter offer. On the buying side, I looked at at least 15 houses and he accompanied me in almost all the houses - more importantly, at my convenient time. He was also extremely good with negotiating with the seller of my new home.
