Joseph is simply awesome. Review done. No seriously though, Joseph, took quite a bit of time with me and a ton patience. He did it without ever making it seem like it was any work at all. I wasn't your typical buyer just looking at easy, clean-cut homes. I was looking for something that I could have roommates or duplex for additional living quarters. Sometimes I would even send him houses that I found and we would go check them out. When I finally settled on a home he came to a multitude of inspections including ones that consisted of me asking contractors - how much to repair this and that. Dealt humbly with the seller's questionable realtor (not calling out names - but contact me if you want a listing realtor I would recommend no one use) and helped keep the whole process on track. Was upfront and honest with me when I asked him what he thought of a home we were viewing - including the one I ultimately ended up purchasing. Another realtor just trying to make a quick buck would not have been upfront about it. They probably would have tried to sell me on the value of the location or reminded me about how the house fit my goals. Would work with again and hope to spend more time with Joseph in the future.

Our family was fortunate enough to select Joseph to help us find a home in the location that had all the amenities and resources we were hoping for. He provided a broad range of options in the greater San Diego area, all with a "village-like" community for walking to shops, restaurants, farmers markets and children's activities. We looked for quite a while. The home we found was in a perfect location though unfortunately very poorly and sloppily upgraded from years as a rental. The sellers were not cooperative with any part of the sales process but Joseph was persistent in ensuring our interests were represented and all matters resolved to our satisfaction. If not for his diligence and commitment we would have walked away, likely settling for another location that was not our first choice. Lots of things can be changed or fixed in a home, except for location. Joseph helped us get our home in our desired location at a reasonable price that accommodated the needed repairs and fixes. He was exceptionally patient and supportive; we highly recommend Joseph without any reservations.
